Today, the Indiana State Department of Agriculture (ISDA) released an interactive regional map that presents water quality testing points and data, conservation efforts in differing regions and more. The map’s data comes from the Indiana Conservation Partnership (ICP). Melissa Rekeweg, ISDA’s Interim Director, states, “All across the state, farmers, organizations and agencies are stepping up their efforts to conserve our soil and water resources, and it’s important that we not only tell that story, but also highlight where it’s working in Indiana.” Interact with the ISDA’s basin map, and also read more on Indiana’s nutrient reduction strategy by clicking here.
