American Farmland Trust (AFT) is hiring for a brand new Women for the Land Outreach Coordinator position to support their national initiative. The Women for the Land Outreach Coordinator (WFLOC) will help advance AFT’s programs across the country, with an emphasis on supporting extension and outreach, including planning, evaluation, and tracking of regional learning circles and their impacts. The work will primarily focus on AFT grant-funded learning circle efforts in the Pacific Northwest, California, the Midwest, and New England. Major initiatives underway are implementing listening sessions and learning circles in new regions, as well as work being done to streamline evaluation, tracking, and assessment of the impacts of AFT programming in meeting conservation, climate resilience and farmland preservation goals.
